Short version: PiNumpad does not collect any personal data. Your practice progress is stored only in your own browser. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site in aggregate. No accounts, no email, no tracking across other sites.
PiNumpad collects no personal information. Specifically:
When you practice, PiNumpad saves your current group position and tap count to your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server. It is not visible to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for pinumpad.com.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage: which constants are practiced, how often pages are visited, and which countries users come from. This helps us decide what to improve.
Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data including your IP address (anonymised), browser type, and pages visited. This data is processed by Google under their own privacy policy. We do not have access to personally identifiable information from Google Analytics.
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

PiNumpad registers a service worker to enable offline use and fast loading. The service worker caches app files locally on your device. No personal data is included in this cache.
PiNumpad uses no third-party advertising, no social media tracking pixels, and no affiliate links. The only third-party service in use is Google Analytics, described above.
PiNumpad is a free educational tool suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children or anyone else, as described above.
If this policy changes in a material way we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
